She is also a certified Systemic Coach, helping people realize their full potential in business and life. In her free time, Anastasiya enjoys going on retreats in remote locations and reading books on psychology.

Daniel Dippold is a young entrepreneur who has founded three successful tech companies. He is an angel investor and initiated the world's biggest impact-driven entrepreneurship community represented in over 30 countries globally, Sigma Squared Society. Daniel graduated from Cambridge, St. Gallen and HKUST with honors. He’s broken his leg four times doing parkour, but he doesn’t let that slow him down. He also loves to read and is especially interested in the fields of mathematics and philosophy.

She is also currently completing her PhD in digital marketing, focusing on social media, marketing effectiveness, and the application of AI in marketing. Outside of her professional endeavors, Katja enjoys traveling the world and spending quality time with her family.

Olaf worked 2 years in Management Consulting at PwC driving financial transformation projects for global companies before joining NEWNOW. In his free time, Olaf likes to go kite surfing around the world and is passionate about reading books about psychology, AI and blockchain technology.

He founded e-Card, a digitalized library card system, which has earned multiple awards. In his spare time, he enjoys music, running, and reading.

He is an expert in customer experience with close to 30 years of experience in scaling digitally driven marketing agencies. A passionate father of two young boys and loving husband, he loves spending quality time with his family. He is actively combatting aging with training calisthenics and the Wing Tsun martial art. At parties, you find him in the kitchen cooking or behind the decks djing.
